Living and dining room of a residence at The St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles Beach, floor-to-ceiling glass on three sides and the Atlantic beyond

Level 0  ·  The Arrival

Every residence begins at the same door.

The St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles Beach hold a limited collection in two elliptical towers on 435 linear feet of Atlantic beachfront — from two-bedroom residences to Sky Villas and penthouses of up to a full floor — each entered through its own private elevator and private foyer. The towers are under construction; the price list is sent on request.

This page rises with you. The ruler at the base of your screen counts the levels, and each one opens another room of the same house: the lobby, the glass, the terraces, the crown. Begin at level zero, where the sand ends and the marble begins.

Before the elevator  ·  The Lobby

Ten thousand square feet before the elevator.

The lobby is drawn on the same curve as the towers: marble columns, a brass rail, glass that bends toward the beach, and beyond the glass, the sea. Some ten thousand square feet of arrival, kept for the residents and the people they bring with them.

The signature St. Regis Butler Service begins here, on the ground. A greeting by name, the elevator already waiting — anticipatory service in the tradition begun in 1904, offered to every residence rather than to a few.

Rising  ·  The Glass

Glass that bends with the horizon.

Floor-to-ceiling glass follows the ellipse, so the water meets the room on a curve rather than at a corner. To the east, the Atlantic; to the west, the Intracoastal. The higher the level, the more of the horizon each residence keeps for itself.

Tower by tower  ·  The Residences

Two towers, one address, a limited collection in each.

The South Tower is under construction; the North Tower Collection is presented by private appointment. Both are drawn on the same ellipse and entered the same way — private elevator, private foyer, then the sea — and each holds a limited collection: residences, Sky Villas and penthouses in the south; two to five bedrooms in the north.

Outside the glass  ·  The Terraces

Deep terraces, and for some, a pool of their own.

The residences step out onto deep terraces, where breakfast can be laid above the beach and an afternoon can pass without going down to it. In select residences the terrace carries a private pool, a jacuzzi and a summer kitchen — the resort continued at home, a few steps from the bedroom.

Inside, Patricia Anastassiadis keeps the rooms couture and calm: travertine, marble and brushed bronze, curves that answer the ellipse, craftsmanship finished to the hand. Kitchens are Italian, fitted with Miele; ceilings rise ten feet, twelve in the penthouses; select residences carry service quarters of their own.

  • Floor-to-ceiling glass toward the ocean, the Intracoastal and the city
  • Service quarters in select residences

Level 62  ·  Sky Villas & Penthouses

At the crown, a residence can take the whole ellipse.

The Sky Villas and penthouses rise to twelve-foot ceilings and, at their largest, to a full floor of the tower: in the South Tower, from 6,600 to more than 10,000 square feet; in the North Tower, five bedrooms across 7,650 to more than 10,000. Where a residence takes the whole floor, it takes both waters — the Atlantic to the east, the Intracoastal to the west — and the sunrise and the sunset with them.

The elevator is the same private elevator as on every other level. It simply goes on longer.

From the lobby to the crown, one private elevator at a time. The Sales Gallery waits a few steps down Collins Avenue — 18590 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach — where the residences are shown by private appointment.
